Consulting Services - Visitors' Services:

Many cultural organizations fail to anticipate both the importance and the complexity of dealing with the general public.  Properly administered, a well-designed Visitor’s Services group can ease administrative pressures and costs, especially where a Volunteer corps is appropriate. Most significantly, an efficiently run Visitor’s Services group will guide the public in ways that will help the cultural organization achieve its educational goals.

MAA specializes in practical consulting, drawing on broad experience to help cultural organizations develop self-sustaining visitors’ services departments.
